The Secret to Crushing 2025

Hi Reader,

The New Year always comes with a certain kind of pressure, doesn’t it? Everywhere you look, there are people talking about resolutions, goal-setting, and the big plans they have for the year ahead. It’s easy to feel like you need to have it all figured out right away. But here's the truth: the only thing that matters is that you find what works for you.

Some entrepreneurs thrive with a 90-day plan. Others, like me, have found that breaking things down into smaller, more manageable chunks—like 30 or 60 days—is more realistic. The key is to have a plan that feels achievable, something you can actually execute without burning out. 🧠

So, instead of feeling overwhelmed by the idea of 90 days, I encourage you to take a breath and think about what works for you.

Your first 90 days set the stage for the rest of your year. It’s when you build momentum, test new ideas, and get your business aligned for long-term success. It’s about setting the tone for what’s to come.

If you set yourself up for success in Q1, it’s much easier to ride that wave through the rest of the year.

But remember: you don’t have to wait until the end of January to set things into motion. Take action now. Even if you start with just 30 days to focus on a specific goal or initiative, you’ll see the power of momentum.

How to Create a Realistic 90-Day (or 30-Day/60-Day) Plan ⤵️

  1. Start with Clear, Actionable Goals
Don’t just set “vague” goals like “I want to grow my business.” Get specific. For example, “I want to onboard 5 new clients in Q1” or “I’ll grow my email list by 500 subscribers in 30 days.” When your goals are clear, your plan becomes much easier to follow.
  2. Break Goals Down Into Bite-Sized Pieces
Once you’ve defined your goals, break them down. For example, if your goal is to onboard 5 new clients in Q1, what do you need to do each week to achieve that? Maybe it’s reaching out to potential leads, sending follow-up emails, or hosting webinars. Break it down into tasks that are realistic for you.
  3. Focus on the Big Wins First
Identify the tasks that will move the needle the most. These should be the tasks that directly contribute to achieving your goals. In the example above, focusing on client outreach and relationship-building might be more important than working on your website redesign.
  4. Give Yourself Flexibility
A 90-day plan (or a 30/60-day plan) is not set in stone. Life happens. Business gets busy. Be flexible, and give yourself grace when things don’t go as planned. Adapt as you go, but always keep the end goal in sight.
  5. Set Time to Reflect and Adjust
Every 30 days, review your progress. What’s working? What’s not? What can be adjusted for the next 30 days? This ongoing review will keep you on track and help you stay focused on the bigger picture.

Let’s say you’re focusing on client acquisition in Q1, but you’ve been feeling overwhelmed by the idea of doing everything in 90 days. Start by breaking it down. Here’s how:

  • Week 1-2: Research and define your ideal client profile. What types of businesses or individuals do you want to serve?
  • Week 3-4: Reach out to 20 leads via email or social media. Focus on building relationships, not just sales.
  • Week 5-6: Hold a webinar or run a promotion to generate more leads.
  • Week 7-8: Follow up with potential clients and close deals.

By breaking this into smaller chunks, you’re still making progress toward your Q1 goal. You’re just taking it one step at a time.

🔥 Action Tip: Take a moment today and define your biggest goal for the first 30, 60, or 90 days of 2025. Break it down into weekly tasks and write them down. Start small, but be specific. Having a plan, no matter the timeline, is key to making real progress.

Remember: It’s not about doing everything. It’s about doing the right things at the right time.

Let’s crush 2025,
